Caring for our neighbors since 2007.
Providential Support Services is a community nonprofit built on a simple belief: every family deserves support, dignity, and a fair chance to thrive.
Our Story
Built by and for the community
Founded in 2007, Providential Support Services grew out of a need we saw firsthand: immigrant families, seniors, and underserved residents in Wayne County, Michigan struggling to access health care, navigate immigration paperwork, and connect with basic services.
What began as informal help among neighbors became a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to walking alongside families through their most difficult transitions — from a new country to a new chapter of life.
Today we continue that work, one family at a time.
